Gill has worked in the recruitment sector for over 12 years, with experience of providing a range of bespoke recruitment solutions including permanent and interim appointments, fixed term contracts, high volume recruitment and executive search and selection. Prior to this Gill spent 4 years working in the travel and tourism industry both in the UK and overseas and is passionate about working with people and delivering service excellence consistently going above and beyond for her customers.
Clare McDonnell, Partner (Assoc CIPD)
Clare is a blue chip professional with a can do, solutions approach and 15 years’ experience working in the Hospitality sector. Clare has also played a part in two key pilot programmes within the Liverpool City Region - Skills for Growth Bank – a government funded Employer Ownership pilot which offered funding towards staff training and job creation. Clare’s role was to engage with employers across the Liverpool City Region and develop organisational training plans working alongside employers which adhered to the parameters set by SFA/BIS/UKCES whilst benefiting their workforce. Prior to the Skills for Growth Bank, Clare was employed as an Academy Training Manager by De Vere Academy of Hospitality. She was responsible for overseeing the opening and running of the first De Vere Super Academy comprising three apprenticeship training sites in the Liverpool City Region which delivered Modern Apprenticeship training (NVQ L2) and BTEC Certification in Customer Service, Hospitality Services and Professional Cookery to 16 – 24 year olds. Clare is CIPD Level 3 qualified.

Carol is an experienced administrator/service delivery manager with an IT bias and a great eye for detail. Her experience covers a wide range of administration, governance and service delivery functions. She is our Go-to Guru on all aspects of IT, quality and governance processes.
