Clare McDonnell is a solution-focused professional with a 19-year track record in the hospitality sector.
Clare’s career spans two main areas: initially employed in secretarial and PA roles at ICI where Clare served a 13 year tenure and subsequently joined De Vere/Village Hotels Head Office supporting the project management and brand teams.
In 2010 Clare got the opportunity to take on a different challenge moving into employer engagement and recruitment within the industry heading up a team at the De Vere Academy of Hospitality in Liverpool as Apprenticeship Academy Manager. It was here that Clare honed her employer engagement and recruitment experience.
In 2015, Clare became part of Arecibo, coinciding with the company's launch in March of the same year and Clare continues to enjoy the diversity and challenges in supporting candidates and clients.
Clare is CIPD Level 3 qualified.

Carol’s expertise spans a broad spectrum of administrative, governance, and service delivery roles and is our go-to expert for all matters related to IT, quality, and governance processes.
Carol is also responsible for our invoicing and credit control.
