Wedding Sales Executive - Inverurie

Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a Wedding Sales Executive to join our client, a 4 star luxury hotel in Aberdeen.

The Ideal Candidate

You will come from a sales and events background (weddings and private functions ideally) and will be able demonstrate great attention to detail, be customer focused and proactive in generating new business.  

Key Responsibilities 

Working with the Sales Manager to ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with from initial enquiry through to completion (this will include proposals, showrounds and billing)..

• There will be a focus on events and corporate and private functions, ensuring consistency both offline and online. 
• Co-ordination of all showrounds to ensure that available function space is maximised.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information (function sheets/weekly funciton sheet meetings) and data entry.
• To provide a smooth customer journey from the initial enquiry including high quality consistent approach
• To provide support to both Sales Manager and Director of Sales at wedding, Christmas, local and private event exhibitions.
• To ensure brand standards are consistent across all printed collateral.
• To maintain a consistently high standard of communication with all new and returning customers.
