We are recruiting for a Sous Chef for our client - a beautiful country house hotel near St. Andrews. The hotel offers luxurious accommodation, an award-winning restaurant and extensive conference and events spaces all nestled within 10 acres of picturesque, landscaped gardens.
Our client is looking for a passionate and creative Sous Chef to join their well established and high performing team.
As Sous Chef you will become an integral member of a successful kitchen brigade supporting the Head Chef in all areas of the kitchen management ensuring a consistently high level of service, continually exceeding guest expectations.
The ideal candidate:
You will have experience of 2 AA rosette or similar as well as creative fine dining skills. You will have great leadership skills and proven success in supporting, training and mentoring of junior team members. You will be passionate about food sustainability and locally sourced produced.
