Senior Financial Controller - Penrith

We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Financial Controller to lead the finance function for our client across two prestigious four-star hotels.

Working approximately 2–3 days per week at each property, you'll partner with both General Managers to drive profitability, deliver financial insight and ensure robust financial controls. Regular travel between both sites is essential.

What you'll do

• Lead all financial operations across both hotels.
• Produce management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Deliver commercial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure strong financial controls and statutory compliance.
• Lead and develop the finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and business performance.

What you'll bring

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Previous Financial Controller experience, ideally within hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a multi-site role.
