Role Overview:

We are recruiting for a proven Sales Manager with demonstrable experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales, looking for a challenging new career opportunity. Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing a robust sales strategy for the hotel, with a focus on maximizing new business opportunities across all market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and actively manage existing and prospective accounts within the territory, striving for overall account growth and achieving new business sales targets.
  • Plan and execute bi-monthly telesales campaigns to generate new business prospects in the region.
  • Ensure the successful execution of familiarization events for the property.
  • Stay informed about market trends in both our client’s portfolio and regional competitor hotels to identify advantages and secure market share.
  • Identify, plan, and proactively represent our client at industry-specific events and regional networking opportunities.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate logging of account activities for all corporate accounts, enabling precise performance reporting and business trend analysis.
  • Consistently exceeding client expectations through delivery of a high-quality sales service, needs qualification, and professional presentation of solutions.
  • Achieve all agreed-upon targets and KPIs.
