Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a Rooms Division Manager for our client, a luxury resort in the highlands of Scotland. The successful candidate will have responsibility for front office, guest relations, leisure and entertainment operations as well as support growth within the resort.
You will have a strong hospitality background and previous experience in a similar role within a complex business. You will have a proactive, hands-on approach, a great eye for detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
You will work closely with the Director of Operations and will be an ambassador for the company and be responsible for managing all aspects of the rooms division including staff management, staff training and mentoring, health and safety and COSHH regulations.
Responsible for overseeing all rooms division responsibilities including staff management, inspirational leadership, training, Health & Safety and COSHH regulations. Delivering excellence in customer service and maximising profits through sales whilst exploiting opportunities for growth throughout the rooms division.
