A hands-on, driven Restaurant Manager who thrives in high-end hospitality settings, you'll be at the heart of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring impeccable service, maintaining exceptional standards, and inspiring your team to deliver excellence with every guest interaction.

Qualities

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• Sound understanding of food hygiene regulations and customer service excellence.
• Passion for fine dining and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexible and adaptable approach – must be available weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations, delivering smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team with a focus on development and retention.
• Manage staff rotas and maintain staffing levels in line with business needs.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive revenue through marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering of stock and supplies.
• Support service delivery across food, wine, and bar – bartending experience is welcome but not essential.
