Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a Restaurant Manager. The venue is a 4 star hotel based in the Lake District. It boasts over 100 bedrooms, conference facilities for up to 200, 6 meeting rooms, a bar and restaurant, leisure and spa facilities.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day restaurant operation, training, motivating and developing the restaurant service team to ensure an excellence in quality of service and a customer-focused culture. Leadership, staff management, motivation and excellent communication skills are vital for this role as is the enthusiasm to consistently deliver a high quality service.
