The resort boasts 77 self-catering apartments, restaurant, bar, spa, gym and leisure facilities including both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as extensive meeting and events spaces. The property is located just 15 minutes from the beach, adjacent to an established nature reserve offering extensive opportunities to take advantage of the picturesque outdoor space and activities that the local area offers.
Reporting into the Regional General Manager, the Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of the resort, creating and maintain a high performing culture. The Resort Manager will develop a guest centred team, consistently delivering above and beyond customer expectations whilst maintaining a great working environment for their team members. The successful Resort Manager will demonstrate proven commercial resort management experience within a similar environment, be results driven and passionate about delivering service excellence. This role will give the Resort Manager full autonomy to drive the resort forward developing the people, product and profit whilst being part of a larger and well established, luxury hotels and resorts group.
