Arecibo is thrilled to be recruiting for the role of Resort Bar Manager for our client, a popular resort set in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. The resort boasts 4 hotels, 18 woodland lodges, a spacious conference centre, an on-site cinema, luxury shopping, extensive leisure facilities.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBIILTIES
Your role will entail providing inspirational leadership to teams, ensuring that every employee is fully engaged and committed to delivering exceptional guest service. Leading by example will be essential in fostering a culture of excellence throughout the resort.
Knowledge and experience of stock control is vital as is your leadership and staff management experience.
As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of People, Product, and Profit within the resort, collaborating closely with other department heads and support teams to achieve organisational goals.
The salary for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience. While this is a senior role, applications are encouraged from Bar Supervisors and Deputy Managers who are eager to take the next step in their career progression.
