Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations across a cluster of hotels.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that cater to a variety of weddings and events ensuring a consistently memorable experience for guests.
  • Manage the regional food and beverage budget, optimising costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a motivated regional team of staff, promoting a positive workplace culture and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and consistency in food and beverage offerings.
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, making improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Implement health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance in all areas of the regional food and beverage management.
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to plan and execute special events and promotions that consistently enhance guest experiences.

Successful Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager with a strong understanding of multi outlet food and beverage operations aligned with delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proven experience within the hotel industry, with a strong understanding of wedding and event operations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high performing team.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and collaboration with both staff and guests.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and health and safety procedures.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the business.
