Responsibilities:

- Manage the regional food and beverage budget, optimising costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and lead a motivated regional team of staff, promoting a positive workplace culture and collaboration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and consistency in food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, making improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Implement health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance in all areas of the regional food and beverage management.
- Collaborate with hotel management teams to plan and execute special events and promotions that consistently enhance guest experiences.
Successful Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager with a strong understanding of multi outlet food and beverage operations aligned with delivering excellent customer service.
- Proven experience within the hotel industry, with a strong understanding of wedding and event operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high performing team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and collaboration with both staff and guests.
