  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
  • Handling reservations, enquiries, and providing relevant information about the hotel and local area.
  • Answering phone calls with clarity, directing enquiries appropriately, and maintaining excellent communication standards.
  • Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and welcoming condition at all times.
  • Assisting with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing bookings.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role within a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional, courteous, and empathetic attitude when dealing with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in handling reservations, enquiries, and administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of the local area and able to provide helpful recommendations to guests.
  • Able to remain calm and composed in busy or challenging situations.
  • Flexible and reliable, with a keen eye for detail.
