Arecibo is excited to announce an opportunity for the role of Reception Manager for our client, a luxury 4-star, award-winning hotel in Inverness. This position offers the chance to join an established team dedicated to achieving further accolades for the hotel and enhancing the brand's prestige.
The Role
As the Reception Manager, you will support the General Manager by overseeing various areas of the hotel, including reception, front of house, meetings, events, functions, housekeeping, and maintenance. Utilising your skills and customer-facing experience, you will work towards exceeding both service and revenue targets.
You should be a natural and confident communicator, capable of engaging with a diverse range of guests and colleagues at all levels. The role requires someone who can work independently, using their initiative, and contribute positively to the overall success of the team and hotel.

Opera System Proficiency: Experience with the Opera hotel management system is essential.
