This picturesque property is set in breath-taking gardens and boasts superb guest accommodation and stylish meeting and function rooms making it perfect for weddings, celebrations, conferences and events. The hotel hosts circa 120 weddings a year and so we are looking for an Operations Manager with strong leadership skills, a “can do” attitude and a passion for delivering service excellence and a customer experience that is second to none. You will have demonstrable experience in front of house and weddings/event management and MICE with the ability to recruit and train an industry leading team.
