Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all overnight operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and safety.
- Managing the night team, providing leadership, support, and guidance.
- Handling guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitoring security procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Preparing night reports and ensuring that all relevant documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Addressing any issues that arise during the night shift promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting with the preparation of and adhering to operational standards and policies.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Night Manager or in a similar Front of House leadership role within a hotel setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to guest service.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities during night operations.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently during unsupervised hours.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols relevant to hotel operations.
