We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our client, a prestigious luxury resort set within 240 acres of stunning Scottish countryside.
This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the brand, elevate guest engagement and drive growth across digital, social, CRM, PR, content and partnerships.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead integrated marketing campaigns, manage day-to-day brand activity and create compelling content that brings the resort experience to life. You’ll work closely with sales, revenue and events teams, while managing specialist agencies and using data to turn great ideas into measurable results.
With significant refurbishment underway and ambitious plans ahead, this is a chance to join at a pivotal moment and help shape one of the UK’s most exciting luxury hospitality destinations.
We’re Looking For
- Proven marketing experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, tourism or premium brands
- Strong digital, social, CRM, content, PR and email marketing expertise
- A creative thinker with strong commercial instinct
- Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills
- Confident using analytics to measure performance and drive decisions
- Highly organised, hands-on and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
