Learning and Development Manager / Partner - United Kingdom

Arecibo are recruiting for a Learning and Development Partner to join our established team of people professionals to support a prestigious hospitality client base with all of their learning and development requirements.  The Learning and Development Partner will be responsible for the creation and delivery of impactful learning material to support businesses organisation wide, enabling the creation of high performing teams.

In this role the Learning and Development Partner will be responsible for the creation and delivery of industry leading learning initiatives that will impact and support the organisation, teams and individual team members. The role involves designing learning and development materials, facilitating effective training sessions, monitoring compliance, and working closely department wide to promote a culture of hospitality service excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

• Design and create comprehensive learning and development programmes to include; induction, best practice, service standards and bespoke courses as required encompassing all areas of the hospitality sector
• Facilitate informative and engaging training sessions across multiple platforms including virtual and e-learning and in-person
• Maintain training materials ensuring regulatory and best practice compliance
• Create and maintain learning and development records ensuring all staff achieve and maintain compliance levels
• Work with internal and external stakeholders across all departments to create and deliver effective training programmes, evaluating the effectiveness through feedback effecting change if required
• Identify and support the creating of succession plans, identifying talent, creating management and leadership development programmes
