We are seeking a warm, professional, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious 4-star hotel resort, renowned for its elegant rooms, championship golf course, luxurious spa, and outstanding hospitality.

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in welcoming guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing attentive, efficient service at all times.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing reservations and handling check-in/check-out procedures.
• Responding to guest enquiries by phone or in person, and directing them appropriately.
• Maintaining accurate incident logs and reports, ensuring smooth communication across shifts.
• Delivering detailed handovers to the Reception Supervisor at shift close.
• Acting promptly and effectively in the event of incidents or emergencies.
• Building excellent knowledge of the property, facilities, and local area to confidently support guests.

• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is an advantage, but not essential – training will be provided.
