As Hotel Manager, you will be focussed on leading a cohesive, friendly team to deliver an exceptional guest experience with consistently high standards. You will have an organised approach, a willingness to exceed guest expectations and excellent attention to detail. As Hotel Manager, you will be passionate and enthusiastic, able to work on your own initiative as well as being a key team player across the hotel operations. You will have previously managed a luxury hotel, have a proven track record in delivering customer service excellence in a highly competitive market, delivering budget. You will provide inspirational leadership, motivating and developing team members to contribute towards the overall success of the hotel.
