With a focus on high quality and service excellence, the client is looking for a Head Pastry Chef who can demonstrate creativity and flair. You will be passionate about food and have significant banqueting experience. You will also have experience in high end/rosette environment. As part of your duties you will work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver core standards and an outstanding guest experience.
