The Role
You will lead the housekeeping operation, ensuring immaculate standards across all accommodation and public areas, with no detail overlooked. This is a hands-on leadership role where precision, consistency, and presentation are paramount.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across bedrooms, cottages, woodland suites, shepherd huts, corridors, and public areas
- Leading, training, and motivating a housekeeping team with a strong focus on quality and consistency
- Maintaining meticulous standards through detailed inspections and quality control
- Managing staff rotas, recruitment, development, and retention
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
