We’re looking for two ambitious chefs to join a prestigious luxury 4-star hotel in North Lakes:
🔥 Head Chef
🔥 Sous Chef
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-driven hotel boasting 41 bedrooms and conference facilities for up to 80 guests.

👨🍳 Head Chef
You’ll take overall responsibility for the kitchen, leading the brigade and driving:
• Exceptional food quality & presentation
• Strong kitchen standards
• Food GP & labour control
• Stock, ordering & supplier management
• Food safety & H&S
• Training, development & team performance
• Consistent, high-quality service
• Progression towards further accolades
We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef or an ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step, with proven Rosette experience and the leadership skills to make an impact.
🔥 Sous Chef
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team.
You’ll help drive:
• Excellent food standards
• Smooth, busy service
• Team performance & development
• Food GP & stock control
• Food safety & H&S
• Kitchen organisation
• Rosette standards & progression
You’ll also take full responsibility for the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
