We are recruiting for a Head Chef for our client, a 4 star hotel set in the heart of the Lake District and boasting over 100 bedrooms and conference facilities for up to 200. The ideal candidate is an experienced Head Chef who combines creativity, passion and ambition with great leadership skills and demonstrable experience in a similar role.
As Head Chef you will be able to demonstrate successful experience within a similar environment. You will have a creative & innovative flair for menu creation. An excellent business manager, you will be responsible for achieving the hotel food GP target; maintaining efficient manning to revenue targets & business needs; stock control; team training & development ensuring strict adherence to Company and legal health & safety compliance.
Your people skills will ensure that your Chefs and KPs are well trained and work as a team, with a passion to exceed guest expectations.
