Arecibo are recruiting for a Head Chef for our client, a luxury 4-star, 2 rosette awarded hotel boasting 50 bedrooms and conference facilities for up to 300. This is a great opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to lead the kitchen operations in a picturesque countryside setting. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of managing a busy kitchen, focusing on both high quality and quantity of dishes whilst adhering to cost management and safety standards.
Key responsibilities and qualifications for the role include:
- Previous 2 AA Rosette Head Chef Experience: Essential for the role, demonstrating the ability to maintain high culinary standards in a luxury and busy hotel environment.
- Industry Relevant Qualifications: Candidates with intermediate food handler qualifications are preferred, though training will be provided as needed.
