Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a Head Chef for our client, a luxury 4 and 5 star hotel group. The client is looking for an experienced Head Chef with rosette experience.
You will have full responsibility for the kitchen and will report directly to the General Manager. You will also have a real creative flair and be capable of creating and leading the kitchen team. You will be a strong leader with great communication skills. Part of your role will include working closely with the front of house and management team to deliver great quality and service.
Key to this role will be the ability to manage a busy kitchen that is able to focus on both quality and quantity. You will be responsible for managing costs in the kitchen, in particular those around food GP and working within manning parameters. Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy kitchen in line with current legislation will also be key.
