Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for an outstanding Front Office Manager for our client, a prestigious resort set in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. The resort boasts 4 hotels and 18 lodges, large conference facilities, cinema and leisure centre.

The Role

As Front Office Manager you will be responsible for managing the teams across the four hotels including Receptionists, Nights Teams and Porters. Delivering customer service excellence and a great guest journey is key and you will have demonstrable experience of evaluating guest feedback, monitoring trends and driving continuous improvement.

As Front Office Manager you will ensure that sales are maximised facilities and hotel services are promoted. As Front Office Manager you will also be responsible for all aspects of staff management which will include setting objectives, performance management, health and safety as well as staff recruitment, training and mentoring.

You will report to the Operations Director and will be an ambassador for the resort and the company. 

The Candidate

With previous front office management experience in a similar environment, you will demonstrate an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectations.

You will have a great work ethic and demonstrate initiative. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to inspire, encourage and mentor staff within the teams.

You will have a great eye for detail and be a confident communicator able to build great rapport with staff and customers alike.
