Arecibo are recruiting for a dynamic resort Food & Beverage Operations Manager. Our client is a busy 4 star hotel and golf resort in the heart of Cheshire. The resort has benefited from a new kitchen and the client vision is to uplift the hotel towards 5 star accolades and standards.
As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the food and beverage offering. The ideal candidate will be strong Food & Beverage Ops Manager with experience within a similar venue. You must also have a corporate understanding of KPIs and you must be a “hands on” operator.
Duties will include stock management, implementation of company standards, management of rotas, design and implementation of special events and working with the Head Chef on seasonal menus. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and management of Food & Beverage staff.
