The hotel boasts luxurious bedrooms, woodland suites, self-catering lodges, conference and events facilities alongside exquisite destination dining. The hotel is undergoing an exciting investment project to increase the number of rooms and bedroom stock.

The Role:

As Food & Beverage Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the multi-faceted, fine dining, two rosette standard food and beverage offerings. The ideal candidate will offer demonstrable proven Food & Beverage Management experience within a similar luxury, high quality venue overseeing all food and beverage offerings including banqueting within a busy weddings venue team. The Food and Beverage Manager must have a corporate understanding of KPIs, be a “hands on” operator with the ability to recruit and coach a high performing food and beverage team to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Duties will include stock management, implementation of company standards, management of rotas, design and implementation of special events and working with the Head Chef on seasonal menus. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and management of Food & Beverage staff.
