Arecibo are recruiting for a dynamic resort Food & Beverage Manager for our client, a busy 4 star hotel and golf resort in the heart of Cheshire. The resort has benefited from a new kitchen and the client vision is to continue to invest and develop the resort.
As the Food & Beverage Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage offering, playing a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong managerial experience in a similar venue, coupled with a keen understanding of corporate KPIs and a hands-on approach to operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing stock levels and implementing company standards to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Developing and overseeing staff rosters to meet operational demands.
• Collaborating with the Head Chef to design seasonal menus and execute special events.
• Leading the recruitment and management of Food & Beverage staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
