The Role

• Leading on budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial performance across sales, costs, and profitability
• Ensuring effective financial controls, with accurate recording of all revenues and expenditures
• Overseeing, developing, and motivating the Finance Team to deliver operational excellence
• Providing strategic financial insight to support senior leadership and enhance guest experience
