Here at Arecibo we are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Executive Head Housekeeper to join our client’s well established team. Our client is a 4 star, luxury hotel located on the banks of the River Thames. The hotel has over 60 bedrooms and conference facilities for up to 120.
You will be an experienced Executive Head Housekeeper with a passion for delivering outstanding service and an excellent customer experience. You will demonstrate proven leadership qualities and the ability to build strong working relationships with your Head Housekeeper and housekeeping team, working alongside all departments within the hotel.
You are able to demonstrate leadership qualities and build strong working relationships within your team and work alongside all departments within the hotel.
You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in bedrooms, corridors and across all public areas whilst ensuring that health and safety standards are adhered to. You will also be responsible for staff rotas, development and motivation.
- Linen stock control, including wastage, stock reduction, rotation of stock, gross profitability to achieve budgeted target.
- Control of payroll expenses, in line with budgeted targets
- Control of other expenses in line with budgeted targets.
- Retention of personnel
- Staff training and development
- Health and safety - HMS audit
- AA score
- Guest Feedback forms
