With 64 bedrooms, a rosette-awarded restaurant, banqueting for up to 110 and an annual F&B turnover of £1.5 million, this is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a successful, high-profile operation.
The Role
As Executive Head Chef, you will inspire and develop a strong and motivated brigade, ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence. You will bring creativity, leadership, and commercial acumen to a thriving kitchen, while maintaining consistency across all dining outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen operation, overseeing menu development, cost control, and GP management
- Inspire and mentor an experienced and capable team
- Uphold Rosette-level quality standards and enhance the hotel’s culinary reputation
- Work collaboratively with senior management to maximise performance and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
About You
- Experienced Executive Head Chef from a quality, high-volume background
- Passionate about seasonal, locally sourced and innovative cuisine
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Commercially aware, with proven success in budget management and driving profitability
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and standards
