Our client is looking for an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment and knows how to lead a team to success. The hotel offers conference facilities for up to 750 with 9 meeting rooms. It is a very popular and busy venue.

The Role

As Conference and Banqueting Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing the hotel’s busy C&B operations. You’ll ensure every event – from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions – runs flawlessly, while maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth delivery of all conference and banqueting events
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the C&B team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Manage training and performance to build a high-performing department
  • Coordinate high-profile events with precision and professionalism
  • Work closely with the Sales and F&B teams to meet client expectations at every stage

About You

You’ll have proven experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager (or Assistant C&B Manager ready to step up) within a luxury 4 or 5-star environment. You’ll combine strong leadership and organisational skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
