Arecibo are recruiting for a Conference and Banqueting Manager for our client, a luxury 4 and 5 star, privately owned hotel group. The venue is a luxury 4 star, 2 AA rosette awarded hotel with extensive lesiure and spa facilities. A short drive from Glasgow City Centre and Glasgow Airport, the hotel also boasts 75 bedrooms and conference facilities for up to 500.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience within a similar luxury venue as a C&B Manager who is able to take responsibility for a very busy Conference and Banqueting department within the hotel.
Responsibilities will include
- Management of all conference and banqueting events
- Management of a team of people to deliver customer service excellence and meet guest expectations
- Training and development of key people within the team
- Managing high profile events seamlessly
- Working with Sales and F&B departments to ensure that guests needs are understood and met at every point during the guest journey
