The Role
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards
- Assist with training junior team members and supporting stock control
- Contribute fresh ideas for menus and guest experience
About You
- Previous Chef de Partie experience within a hotel or busy hospitality venue preferred.
- Passionate about quality food and presentation
- Calm under pressure with strong organisation and teamwork skills
- Committed to high standards and a positive kitchen culture
