The venue is a 4 star hotel boasting restaurant, pub, golf course, 50 bedrooms and conference facilities for up to 300, the venue is located in picturesque countryside.
As Chef de Partie you will become an integral member of a successful kitchen brigade supporting the Senior Chefs. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and be passionate about food and experience of working in a rosette standard kitchen.
