Arecibo is recruiting for a Chef de Partie for our client, a luxury resort set in 24 acres. The property boasts a combination of luxury bedrooms with self-catering lodges, spa and leisure facilities as well as a restaurant, bar and terrace and is located in stunning Cornwall with views overlooking the picturesque St. Austell Bay.
As Chef de Partie you will become an integral member of a successful kitchen brigade supporting the Senior Chefs/Head Chef and supervise Commis Chefs, trainees and kitchen porters. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and be passionate about food. The hotel offers the opportunity to work with local produce, creating regularly changing menus and function menus whilst delivering consistently excellent service in a refreshing working environment.
