An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client in the position of Sous Chef.
The venue is a 4 star hotel boasting 99 bedrooms, a championship golf course, spa and leisure facilities and conference facilities for up to 240.
As Chef de Partie you will become an integral member of a successful kitchen brigade supporting the Senior Chefs. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and be passionate about food and experience of working in a rosette standard kitchen. T
