An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client in the position of Chef de Partie
The venue is a 4 star, 1 Rosette awarded hotel and spa resort set in 25 acres of landscaped gardens in the foothills of The Trossachs.
The resort boasts 56 bedrooms and 65 lodges, restaurant, conference facilities for up to 150, 4 meeting rooms and spa/leisure facilities.
The right candidate for the position of Chef de Partie will be passionate about food with experience of working in a rosette standard kitchen.
As Chef de Partie you will become an integral member of a successful kitchen brigade supporting the Senior Chefs. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and be passionate about food and experience of working in a rosette standard kitchen.
