Are you a passionate and driven Hotel Business Development Manager? Are you looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work with a progressive luxury hotel brand?
We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager for our client based in the Cairngorms to support with the creation of new business for their prestigious 4 and 5 star properties.
    The role:
    Responsible for a property in the Cairngorms, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will also include:
  • Defining and developing a territory strategy to maximise new business opportunities from the direct corporate market
  • Identify and proactively account manage all potential and new prospect B2B accounts to deliver new business sales targets
  • Source new sales leads from the territory to deliver new business revenue targets
  • Provide up to date comprehensive competitor knowledge from within the allocated territory and action upon
  • Feedback competitor set segment initiatives monthly ensuring the brand gains market advantage through your recommendations
  • Meet and exceed client expectations through high quality sales service: qualification of needs and professionally presenting solutions
  • Working with OTAs
  • Building relationships both nationally and internationally
  • Supporting the Director of Sales on group wide campaigns
  • Actively promote the Company in a professional manner, both internally and externally, ensuring all business opportunities are communicated to secure maximum sales conversion

The candidate:

  • Previous hotel sales experience essential, with the ability to demonstrate success in initiating and growing new revenue streams
  • High degree of impact and influence within all levels of client portfolio and hotel operations
  • Pro-active approach, with strong drive for results and a proven track record of achievements
  • Ability to make a positive contribution to team spirit, caring about the quality of service and customer satisfaction
  • Above all you will be consistently committed and professional to deliver above and beyond expectation
