Part of this historic venue dates back to the medieval times (14th Century) boasting over 120 rooms and suites, bar, grill, leisure and spa facilities. As a destination venue, the hotel offers the perfect backdrop for weddings, events, conferences and private parties.
Due to increased demand since re-opening our client are looking to fill two key roles in their kitchen; Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. Working with the experienced Head Chef and alongside the kitchen brigade the successful candidates will demonstrate a passion and flair for cooking as well as aspirations to learn and develop their career as a chef.
