Arecibo are recruiting for a Sous Chef for our client, a luxury resort in Cheshire. Boasting over 100 bedrooms and spa, leisure and extensive golf facilities, the property has recently benefited from a newly fitted induction kitchen and a restaurant rebrand.
The role of Sous Chef will be to support the Executive Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. This role offers a creative outlet as well as personal progression and development.
As Sous Chef you will have demonstrable experience at rosette level in a fast-paced environment and proven management experience in a busy kitchen. Responsibilities include managing the costs around GP and working within manning parameters. You will also oversee all aspects of H&S, staff management training and mentoring. With a focus on a positive work-life balance this role offers a 4 day working week. Live in is also available.
