Arecibo are recruiting for the newly created position of SEO Manager for a leading hospitality group bosting a unique portfolio of luxury hotels and resort. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established marketing team working with internal and external stakeholders including external agency partners and on property teams to drive the online presence and increase revenue generation.

The SEO Manager will need to demonstrate strengths and experience of creating and delivering organic strategies across a multi-site or multi-branded business ideally within the hospitality and luxury brand industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of a successful SEO strategy at both local and wider group levels
  • Building incremental traffic and revenue, determining where SEO can contribute to organisational goals, creating a tactical list of projects and strategies
  • Working with agency partners to ensure both new web projects and current platforms are built with an SEO-first mindset
  • Working with internal teams and external agencies to develop a customer-based approach to keywords and content
  • Utilising all available data points to report, derive insights and improve organic performance
  • Providing consultancy and support to venues, helping them utilise SEO across their marketing activities
  • Contributing to the team effort by developing effective relationships internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable SEO Manager experience working across all areas of organic optimisation including on-site, off-site and technical optimisation
  • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices and proven experience of SEO reporting using all relevant tools
  • Good working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience of modern programming languages preferred
  • The ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions & optimise campaigns
  • Highly analytical with strong organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results
