The Role: Our client is seeking a confident and driven hospitality professional to join their team as a Reservations Assistant/Host. This full-time position will be based between the reservations and reception teams, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for managing guest reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to phone calls and emails, and supporting the Rooms Manager with daily tasks. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in a front office or reception role, looking to progress into reservations and further their career. Food and beverage experience is beneficial but not essential.
