The Candidate
The successful applicant will demonstrate experience of working in a Duty Manager, Head of Department or Operations Manager capacity with a passion for service excellence, offering the highest quality guest experience. The Operations Manager will show excellent attention to detail, leadership and motivational skills with the ability to recruit and inspire an industry leading team to deliver a fantastic customer journey.
The Operations Manager will be a confident leader with a can-do attitude demonstrating a wide-ranging knowledge of front of house, food and beverage, hospitality operations and what service excellence looks like. They will have demonstrable restaurant and bar operations experience including stock/liquor control with a passion for high standards and customer service excellence.
The Role
Reporting into the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of the hotel, leading a team and empowering them to cultivate and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for staff management including recruitment, on boarding, training, performance management and staff retention.
