Arecibo are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef. The venue is a prestigious 4 star, rosette awarded hotel with 73 bedrooms and spa facilities set in 25 acres of mature woodland with great access to the M8.
The client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef who wants to work in a busy environment. You will have demonstrable level rosette experience and will be driven by excellent standards and looking to gain further accolades with the venue and the brand.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef and be an integral member of the kitchen team.
