Arecibo are recruiting for a proven HR Manager, passionate about delivering the people agenda for our client. This is an exciting time to join the organisation in advance of a planned period of change and development and in return for a very competitive salary and benefits package.

Reporting into the Managing Director the HR Manager will work closely with all Heads of Department overseeing the people agenda for our client. Demonstrating a generalist HR background with a good working knowledge including recruitment, retention, learning and development, employee relations, employment law, payroll and benefits.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working at HR Manager Level ideally within a hospitality or leisure environment. CIPD level 5 qualification would be advantageous.  

Duties and responsibilities will include:

·Management of payroll ensuring compliance with legislation and company policy

-Accountable for full employee life cycle from recruitment through to exit management

·Escalation point for all people requirements, liaising with senior management team where required

·Communicating to employees including, people practice updates, company policy and procedures

·Overseeing employee benefits including management of employee bonus, annual salary reviews and long service awards as required

·Engaging with key stakeholders across the business with regards to HR and employee relations

·Managing relationships between the business and third party providers

·Responsible for the internal HR system to ensure all information is correct and regularly updated in preparation for internal and external audits

Skills and Experience:

·Proven HR generalist experience ideally within the hospitality industry 

·Experience of managing third party suppliers to deliver projects to plan and within limited budgets

·Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels

·Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and up to date policies and procedures
