The House Manager will demonstrate extensive food and beverage experience working within high quality service environments ensuring consistently excellent levels of service and guest satisfaction.
Reporting into the General Manager the House Manager will take full responsibility for the management of the food and beverage offering including; restaurant, bar, function rooms and course refreshments. Working alongside the Head Chef and kitchen operations the House Manager will ensure the delivery of a high quality and efficient food and beverage department maintaining excellent service and delivering a memorable experience to all guests and members. The House Manager will lead and manage the front of house team including; recruitment, training, rota organisation and cost control ultimately working towards establishing the venue as a destination of choice recognised for its outstanding reputation for hospitality.
