We are recruiting for an experienced Revenue Optimisation Specialist for our client, a luxury hotel group. The remit is to drive the revenue optimisation strategy for a diverse portfolio of properties. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Revenue Optimisation, this pivotal role will focus on maximising revenue, market share, and profits through strategic collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record in multi-property revenue management and expertise in driving occupancy, share, and rate growth across varied markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
·       Collaborate with cross-functional experts within the commercial team and GMs to develop and refine consolidated commercial plans.
·       Lead the creation and continuous improvement of annual budgets, partnering closely with GMs.
·       Conduct competitor analysis to identify yield growth opportunities and make strategic decisions on discount displacement.
·       Identify pricing opportunities and implement targeted strategies for both high and low-demand periods.
·       Conduct weekly strategy meetings with hotel GMs and commercial teams to align on revenue goals and adjustments.
Forecasting & Planning:
·       Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly inventory management, adjusting controls, overbooking levels, and rates.
·       Prepare accurate forecasts and refine revenue strategies to support optimal performance.
·       Maintain consistent pricing across distribution channels and enforce compliance with partner pricing agreements.
Management Information & Analysis:
·       Analyse market intelligence to identify revenue-optimisation opportunities and implement targeted micro strategies.
·       Collaborate with operational teams to review and adjust revenue targets weekly, using data-driven insights.
·       Prepare trend analysis and performance reports to guide future strategies, ensuring all decisions are grounded in robust data.
Skills & Qualifications:
·       Preferably 5 years in a revenue-specialist role, ideally within a multi-property hospitality organisation.
·       Demonstrable success in implementing data-driven revenue strategies that support sustainable growth.
·       Skilled in developing, executing, and optimising commercial action plans.
·       Strong relationship-building abilities and adept at cross-functional collaboration.
·       Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
