Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a Hotel Manager for our client, a picturesque Georgian mansion hotel ideally located in exceptionally beautiful surroundings, boasting over 20 acres of land, offering the very best in hospitality and creating the perfect environment for weddings, events and meetings.

THE PERSON

You will be a confident leader with a can-do attitude. A hospitality professional with a wide-ranging knowledge of food and beverage operations and high-quality service delivery. You will have demonstrable restaurant and bar operations experience including stock/liquor control. You will have a passion for delivering consistently high standards and customer service excellence. This a fantastic opportunity for a proven Operations Manager looking to further advance their career and move into the position of Hotel Manager.

THE ROLE

As Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the hotel, supporting and developing the heads of department. You will lead your team and empower them to cultivate and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As General Manager you will also be responsible for all aspects of budget and staff management including recruitment, on boarding, training, performance management and staff retention. 

You will provide support to the other areas including F&B as required assisting with weddings and events. The role will require flexibility with working patterns to allow for some early morning starts and evening and weekend work.
